NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Four firefighters and one civilian were injured in an extra-alarm fire that broke out Friday evening in an Upper West Side building. The fire broke out at 511 Amsterdam Ave. and was raised to four alarms, according to the FDNY. The five-story building has apartments above and restaurants and shops below, CBS2’s Brian Conybeare reported.
