NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) — Police have arrested a man suspected of raping a jogger. Paul Niles, 28, has been accused of attacking a female jogger on Wednesday near the East River Bandshell, on the lower east side. Niles was later seen on surveillance video using the victim’s stolen credit card, police said. He reportedly surrendered to authorities. Police said another woman has come forward with claims that Niles approached her on the FDR Drive and Grand street, the same day as the tape. Niles faces rape and robbery charges.
