PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) – Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar claiming that the Trinidad and Tobago Debates Commission (TTDC) is in the pockets of the main opposition People’s National Movement (PNM), says she will not participate in any debate being organised by the TTDC ahead of the September 7 general election.
