Now in its 13th year, the two-day celebration of gospel, jazz, R&B and soul is a family-friendly alternative to the party atmosphere downtown during Texas Relays Weekend. Friday's bill is headlined by the “Funky Divas” of '90s R&B , En Vogue, led by two original members, Terry Ellis and Cindy Herron.
