The 2018 Billboard Music Awards nominations arrived on Tuesday, with Cardi B, Bruno Mars and Demi Lovato among the stars scoring nods for their work. Khalid and Bebe Rexha announced the nominees on the “Today” show this morning, and ended up securing nominations themselves.
