PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) — The Children’s Authority of Trinidad and Tobago is calling on the authorities to implement the “significant penalties” under the Children’s Act after a 10-year-old boy was shot and killed by an 11-year-old with a shotgun in a garden in Diego Martin, west of here on Thursday.
