Officers made several attempts to stop the vehicle using spike strips. The driver continued weaving through oncoming traffic, traveling eastbound on Imperial Highway. He eventually hit one of the spike strips and continued moving with at least two flat tires. The driver stopped shortly before 4:30 p.m., exited the vehicle and began doing push-ups in the roadway as officers approached. He was then taken into custody.
