JONESBORO, Ga. (CBS News/AP) – Offset of the hip-hop group Migos is facing two felony gun charges after he and his bodyguard were pulled over outside of Atlanta. Clayton County Police Sgt. Ashanti Marbury told WXIA-TV that an officer pulled over a Porsche 911 Friday afternoon for failing to maintain its lane. Offset of Migos performs onstage during the 2018 Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival at the Empire Polo Field on April 22, 2018 in Indio, California. (Getty Images) Police say Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was behind the wheel. The vehicle smelled of marijuana, prompting authorities to search the car and find three guns and less than an ounce of marijuana, according to police. The 26-year-old is on probation for a 2015 arrest on drugs and weapons charges. He is now charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon during a crime. He also faces misdemeanor charges for marijuana possession and making an improper lane change. It is unclear whether he has an attorney. The development comes weeks after Offset and Cardi B welcomed their baby daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus. Cardi B recently tweeted she quietly married Offset in September because “there are moments I want to keep for myself.” © 2018 CBS Interactive Inc. All Rights Reserved. Fitrition 30-09 Steinway St., Astoria (Photo: fitrition/Yelp via Hoodline) First up is Fitrition , a spot to score juice, smoothies and açaí bowls. According to its website , Fitrition started in Bayside when owners Michael Beringer, Michael Portannese and Daniela Portannese noticed a need in their neighborhood for healthy supplements and juices. Since then, it’s expanded to this Astoria location. The açaí menu includes the Very Berry Bowl, made with organic açaí, milk, banana, blueberry and granola. For a classic American taste, try the Apple Pie Bowl, made with organic açaí, milk, apple, cinnamon and granola. Each bowl can be enhanced with whey or plant-based protein. Add-ons include chia seeds, flax seeds, sliced almonds, chocolate chips, raisins and more. With a five-star Yelp rating out of three reviews, Fitrition has been getting positive attention. STUDIO CITY (CBSLA) — A new poll finds that people aren’t really interested in seeking out new music when they hit the big 3-0. Billboard reports that music streaming service Deezer conducted a poll of 1,000 users and found people reach so-called “musical paralysis” around the age of 29 years and 10 months, “roughly four years after their music discovery efforts reach their peak.” Deezer indicated 60 percent of those who responded actually wished to increase their music intake, but that the sheer volume of new music can be overwhelming. Having a job or children to take care of took priority over checking out the latest mixtape for 24 percent of respondents. So next time your friend plays that My Chemical Romance album on repeat, give them a break — they might be “music paralyzed.”
