Tens of millions of Americans are still getting soaked and dealing with the aftermath of a record-setting storm system on the East Coast. Baltimore and north central Maryland are under flood warnings, and a flash flood watch is in effect in parts of central Pennsylvania. DeMarco Morgan reports.

More than 26 million people along the Eastern Seaboard are under a flash flood watch Tuesday morning. At least one person who fell into a swollen creek is missing. The dangerous storm system is stalled over the East Coast and the National Weather Service warns it could create more “life-threatening situations.” Tony Dokoupil reports.
