New York Weather: CBS2’s 3/5 Friday Afternoon Forecast

By Matt DeLucia CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer Despite plenty of sunshine, it’ll be feeling more like January out there this afternoon. Highs will be about 10 degrees colder than yesterday, topping out in the mid 30s. With winds once again gusting to 30+ mph at times, expect it to feel more like the 20s at best. (Credit: CBS2) It’s another cold night as temps drop back into the 20s for most, and some upper teens far N&W. Wind chills will be in the teens. (Credit: CBS2) The weekend is cold, but dry. Highs will be in the mid to upper 30s both Saturday and Sunday with wind chills staying in the 20s. (Credit: CBS2) We’ll start a warming trend after Sunday. Our dry stretch continues into next week with 60s in sight by midweek!

New York Weather: CBS2’s 11/23 Monday Afternoon Forecast

Showers will swing through this morning and wrap up around 11a/12p; mostly sunny skies are expected this afternoon. Outside of all that, expect temperatures to fall through the 50s this morning with temperatures only in the 40s this afternoon. It will be breezy, too, with gusts of 25-35 mph. (Credit: CBS2) Tonight will be cold and breezy. Temperatures will fall into the 30s across the area with wind chills in the 30s and 20s. Tomorrow will be mostly sunny and chilly. Highs will be a little below normal in the upper 40s. (Credit: CBS2) Wednesday will stay dry for the better part of the day with showers/rain becoming likely at night. Today will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy and a little warmer. Highs will be in the mid 60s. (Credit: CBS2) Tonight will be partly cloudy and cool with patchy fog. Temps will fall into the low 50s again with 40s inland. (Credit: CBS2) Tomorrow will go from partly cloudy in the morning to mostly sunny the remainder of the day. It will be a little warmer with highs in the upper 60s. (Credit: CBS2) It will be mainly sunny over the weekend with temperatures running nearly 15 degrees above normal. Highs both days will be around 70.
