RESIDENTS of the Yallahs Division in St Thomas will go to the polls on April 27 to elect a new councillor.Nomination day is April 10.The election was called after the Supreme Court earlier this week turned back the results of the November 2016 local government election in which Jamaica Labour Party councillor Dean Jones was declared winner to sit in the St Thomas Municipal Corporation.
