KINGSTON, Jamaica — Smoke emanating from the Riverton disposal site off Spanish Town Road has blanketed a section of Kingston but is expected to clear up by midday, says Chairman of the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA), Dennis Chung.The NSWMA speculates that arsonists lit two fires at the dump in less than twelve hours yesterday.
