Lunch -hour traffic at the intersection of Spanish Town Road and Norman Lane in St Andrew was disrupted yesterday, after a man was shot dead.Head of the Corporate Communications Unit of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) Assistant Superintendent of Police Dahlia Garrick told the Jamaica Observer that the deceased man was walking along Spanish Town Road about 11:00 am when he had been shot by a gunman.
